The name of this holiday flat is said to be pre-Roman and means “alpine pasture with green alders”.
This Muntalas apartment offers a cozy gallery for two people, next to it of course a large bathroom, another bedroom, and a cozy kitchen. There is also a large balcony to soak up the sun and enjoy the view. The view of the surrounding alpine meadows is not missing either.

All prices are for overnight stays without breakfast for an occupancy of two persons per day and for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

For each additional person aged 14 and over we charge € 20,00 – 30,00 Euro per day, children from 2 to 14 years pay € 15,00 per day, infants from 0 to 2 years pay € 0,00.

A local tax of 3,30 € (per night) is charged for guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the prices quoted and can only be paid on-site.

For bookings of less than four nights, we charge a one-time fee of € 35,00.

The booking price quoted is a final price, meaning that no further discounts can be granted on this price. Any discounts must be requested at the time of booking.

The apartments can be occupied from 15:00 o’clock on the day of arrival. We ask you to leave the apartments on the day of departure by 09:30 a.m. at the latest to allow other guests a smooth arrival.

All flats are non-smoking flats.

Dogs are only permitted in some apartments upon prior reservation.
One dog is permitted per apartment. Cats are not permitted.
